With all due respect, I'm trying my very best to be a kind member, and aside from my brutal attack on Lev, I haven't flamed at all on these forums since several of your members (and my friends) asked me in private if I would quit being a nuisance. As for Lev, him and I have a special relationship, and even if I were to become completely out of hand and tell him that I wanted to feast on the corpse of his most beloved pet, I hope he knows it's just my way of telling him, "I love you; without you I am nothing." And I think he knows (or I hope he does) that I don't harbor any ill feeling toward him.
Because he hasn't gotten his first warning yet, and until he gets that he is free to do with anything he wants below the level of calling for that warning. There's no actual rules, so a warning is basically the only objective marker you get. His 6 month ban (or was that garbad), regardless however long it was has most likely expired so he's just another old member in the community right now.
