Yes. The only comment I would have is the 3/3 points in concentration aura. In most fights in ICC, spell pushback isn't a big issue. I would make Improved Lay on Hands 2/2 since that extra 10% reduced damage is a nice CD for a tank if something goes downhill. I have noticed our dps getting close on threat here and there, so the remaining 2 points you would have in concentration aura may be nice to have in Blessed Hands. The extra threat drop from Hand of Salvation is nice, and the slight boost in effectiveness for Hand of Sacrifice will make this a better CD for tanks (or someone else).

**My holy spec actually has those last 2 points in benediction, but IMO blessed hands is better. I just haven't bothered to change it yet unless there is a chance I need to heal for the raid, but I doubt it. Prot paladins are just too good.

 

Well it will defiantly been next Wed before I can xfer *sigh* 500$ for plumbing + electrician.
