Ok, in the film, The Fifth Element, we are shown a scene where Milla Jovovich's character puts a small meal cube into a microwave-like appliance, presses a button, and removes a fully cooked turkey dinner after seconds. My question is: with technology like that, why is there still a long line at the McDonald's drive-thru that the cops are waiting in? In the future, will fast food be slower than slow food?

    traditionally mcdonalds has employed barely teenagers and the inept as their employees...so even with the advances in food technology it still takes an assload of time to get your freakin chicken nuggets
