Team Fortress 2

haven't played TF2 since before the scout update, but it's better than the rest of the crap out there. Except for L4D of course.

 

Thought you only played valve games...how would you know what else is out there?

TF2 is fun though I don't see how everyone has such a hard-on for the game.

 

TF2 was an okay game, but not something I'd play competitively.

 

Agreed that it is fun to play, but not played hardcore. I do have a friend that does it though.

 

I have been playing this alot lately because of the speed of the game play and maps. I can play for an hour and get 10-15 rounds in most game. I love the new Pyro weapons I have them all.

 

i only have 2 of the weapon unlocks

 

Which is why I like it. After a few frustrating rounds in CoD4 or some hard games in Guild Wars, I can open up TF2 and have fun.

Game isn't highly competitive, but I doubt anyone can deny just how much fun it is to play.

 

I love TF2, been playing it for a while now.
Its a great game to just sit down and relax with.
And its fun/funny to play!

 

Yeah the thing with TF2 is, you can pick it up whenever you're bored, and if you join a good server, whittle away the hours.

 

Yeah this game is by far one of the most competitive FPS games I have ever played. Still enjoyable even when you are in a comp match. Unlike other games where you think the world is ending on a bad nade lol.

Why doesn't XoO have a TF2 division..?

 

Probably because we don't have a competitive league going within the division.

 

We don't have any competitive teams for Guild Wars, but that is (still) a division.

 

but we did when these forums were added.

 

lol u sound like a friend of mine whos rlly obsessed with TF2... i got it and DL it but it lags REALLY badly so i never got into it. but apparently its pretty fun

Lag in TF2? TF2 seems to be much more playable at high lag (~100ms ping) than any other FPS I have ever played. I've played lots of Counter-Strike and anything over ~50-75 ping is a *huge* disadvantage there.

 

God damn, how many hours did that well go on for?

 

it's a 24/7 server lol, but that little session was about 30 mins in, after an hour I racked up over 1000 kills, and I wasn't even playing my best class.

I went sniper with huntsmen and camped middle toward the end all you could see is my arrows headshotting people lol.
