Not even a hint yet officially. Guesstimate is 2010-2011 but Bioware is like Blizzard it will be out when its ready and they have enough pull with their parent company that they likely won't be forced on it either. But the start of closed beta usually indicates that a MMO is about a year away give or take a few months either way.
