Yeah that is basicly true. The eGo has a short batt life and slightly less vapor production and the eJoy have more of that. Its a good product and I think it will help out a lot. If you have any questions about the e-stoggie when you get send me a PM.

Not quite cig's but I used to go overboard on alcohol. I first started drinking properly around 16-17 on nights out with friends. It got the point where I was out 4-5 times a week drinking away my whole weeks wage in pubs and clubs with friends.

About 2 years back I was going through some hard times and drunk around 40+ JD and coke in one night and ended up doing myself some damage.

After that I stopped drinking pretty much all together, with the exception on now and again for special occasions and have to say I now feel healthy and 100x better on myself.

Long story short, if you cut it all out you will be so much happier.

If you need some more serious motivation read the spoiler below. However don't read it if your not serious.
    Its a bad story.
My mother died from cancer due to smoking which is what lead me to drinking. Spent over 4 years of my youth looking after her through treatment and it pretty much destroyed most of my youth. I wouldn't wish the things I have had to do upon my worse enemy. Also Orome (You may see him in TS with me, is 23 and had a heart attack this year due to his unhealthy lifestyle, doctors say its down to smoking and drink. Think about it. That's all I'm saying.

Dash, the physical addiction is the easy part. Its the mental addiction and the joy of smoking that make it hard. I found when I did quite after try after try, I had to spend about a year away from smokers. Friends, co-workers, no bars, no place that people smoked as it was just too tempting. I'm not saying I never saw them, but If a friend lite up, I was outta there. Co-workers, going out for a smoke break, dont go out just to talk.

After 7 years of not smoking, I still get the urge at times, but remember when you walk up those stairs and get out of breath or how you smell like crap. Try to visualize the goal and the rewards to not smoking. If you lived up this way, it would be the 9 dollars a pack too but down south, well its still the south.

I quit by buying a bag of tobacco, filters, and a roller. Smoked it for a month and then quit those cigarettes. I tried everything before as well, but this way was easier. The tobacco you use to roll cigarettes doesn't have the additives that regular cigarettes have. This way, you quit the additive addiction and then quitting all together makes it 10x easier. After about a month I quit smoking the regular tobacco all together and it was a lot easier. I just had to keep my mind occupied with doing stuff, so I didn't think about smoking all the time. Smoking rolled natural tobacco is better for you anyway, not saying is the healthiest choice, but those additives will kill.
