    ive been happy with a bottom mounted PSU though its still closer to my PCI-e than i'd prefer
    fans still circulate well enough... though an upward facing cooling of the video card would be nice to match the PSU. my cpu fan on smart power settings drops from 2200 to around 1100

    All stock Intel heatsinks are faulty and extremely difficult to mount properly. A better copper heatsink only costs $20-$30, and improves performance considerably. No one should ever use stock Intel heatsinks for a gaming PC.
