It is overlocked to 4.0 using the 1 click overclocking. I also purchased the Seidon 120XL self contained water cooler so it's idling at high 30s C. We will see if I want to OC more once it breaks in.
After a week or so if you're still in the high 30s at complete idle you might want to check your paste/mounting. Mine's a bit stronger, but in a 75F room I idle at 30C.
