yeah but needed for that deck to rock, in fact i usually mulligan till i have one in hand.

  2. Just because you don’t collect the cards doesn’t change the perception that it’s “gay†or not. In fact there really isn’t any difference you either play or you don’t, I’m actually into Yugioh and am a Judge for that card game. I don’t have the time or the money to play Magic as it’s a much more expensive game.

However Kyoji it’s you so whatever youdo is “***†;)

I have a good deck and I didn't spend any extra money outside of the $10 for the game. It gives you 2 event tickets when you join and they are basically in-game currency.

  4. I realized that after I posted, DotP is way better for a MTG game imo.

Meh, it restricts your deck though. Granted it has better graphics but you can only use premade decks.

  6. It lacks customization, but its definitely updated.

  7. the point of playing the game for me is the strategy involved. It's like Poker and every other card came around. It takes thinking and strategy to win. That is why I wouldn't buy the other game.

  10. omg.. the memories of of modo. Apologies for redigging this thread up.. I just stumbled upon it. I played in version 1 for a good while when Urza cycle was out up until.. ravnica. I used to do a LOT of trading and ebaying back in the day. Brings back memories. If there is a clan on MTGO and you have a spot open, I might just have to come back and play and slowly rebuild my collection but I will be starting from square 1.

    How Kyoji does strategy...

Step 1: Google tournament winning deck.
    Step 2: Buy said deck.

Isn't this how standard works in the age of the net? I don't play it yet, but I heard its more and more cookie-cutter every day.
