L4D2 - Will you buy it?

I'll be getting it. The first was too much fun for me to pass this up.

@brown: You really, really fail if you buy this on 360. It's more fun to rock out with other xoobs. Let go of your fear and anger of Steam, for these things lead to the dark side.

 

Um.. the demo is available on Nov 3 for everybody. The demo is availalbe now for those who pre-ordered. The full game is released on Nov 17.

 

I never bought the first one. I played the demo, played it at a friend's place,
played it on 360. I loved it, and I love anything involving zombies (unless they are eating me irl)
but I just couldn't rationalize putting up the $50 or however much for it.

I'll probably end up getting L4D2 if its a decent price (probably be the same as first) but
will be waiting a while. Will be getting it for PC.

 

If you don't have the first one, you can get both on Steam for a pretty good deal.

Very few games would I actually recommend spending money on. Call of Duty 4, Borderlands, and L4D are all worth it. Of course only if you have friends. Playing that shit solo is LAME.

L4D2 demo is pimptastic.

 

L4D2 is more than what I expected. I love the new guns and the new zombie frags. I shot a zombie as it was jumping from a roof. I blew its legs off with a shot gun and its torso kept flying to the ground.

 

I had a zombie with no head and arms still walking and moaning at me.

 

Got it aswell f ing LOVE the demo.

Opinion:

You should buy L4D2 over MW2.

They've turned MW2 on the PC into a console game and it is really just depressing. Beyond that, they've totally disregarded and even ridiculed the outcry from the PC community.

 

Ya know I'll most likely buy it, but I had to vote 'Sequal so soon? WTF! Cause seriously, WTF??

 

Would you rather wait 10 years for Valve to make a sequel?

yeh cant wait till they FINALLY release a LITTLE bit more about episode 3 i mean... they have the plans i,ve seen some art ( well..... 2 or 3 pictures) and i heard allooottt of rumours now GIEF GAMEPLAY VIDS
