If you use a quick hotkey for auto targeting, it's really easy to target. After an hour clicking was very easy for me, and when there are a lot of low health trash mobs around I simply spam my auto target key. The graphics are already better on my PC at Medium with maximum AA (Compared to PS3, did not try Xbox 360), can't wait to try Very High DX11 Friday when I get my new card
I got it for PC and it's awesome! I loved DA:O and when I tried the demo I was kinda meh on the changes but they are good changes after all, this game is fun.
Ive been unlocking extra items for dragon age 2 by playing the beta of Dragon age legends on facebook. ..its facebook game so..yea..its not much. Im playing the beta to get the unlocks. The beta account is tied in with your EA account..your xbox gamername and your ps3 ID. it unlocks items on all three systems. I just got in today...just for getting in I received a ring unlock and a helm..I think. I have some extra beta keys..for anyone interested. Send me a message.
Really? you should read this ... http://boxothoughts.wordpress.com/2...ing-at-breasts-can-increase-life-span-of-men/ lol Gru
lmao Though, talking about Dragon Age 2...I had it pre-ordered, but I couldn't pick it up because of Mardi Gras. All of the gamestops were closed T.T
I started over cause I kinda found an xp glitch on 360 But is there a way to "re-spec" your characters after you spend points and abilities too? Maybe I have not gotten that far but still curious.
You have to download the Black Emporium DLC, and then you buy a Maker's Sight potion from the store there. Have the character you want to respec drink the potion.
this game is pretty good ... been playing it a lot yesterday and am about to play some more now that im home from work i have a lvl 8 rouge and its pretty bad ass to just run up and slice and dice stuff then pop behind the mob and crit him and poof he dead next roll is gonna be a mage for sure
EA: Here, IGN, have this early copy of Dragon Age 2. Send us a copy of your review ASAP! Oh, but don't publish it until the game's actually been released. Thanks. It allows them to do things like put positive quotes on the back of their games' boxes while keeping negative reviews hidden until some people have already bought 'em. It's actually a fairly anti-consumer, anti-competition sales device. I'll probably pick this up in a year or two, maybe sooner if there are mods made for it. Hopefully the next Dragon Age game will interest me more.
How did it go from "awesome" to "skip"? I have been enjoying it so far. Bioware has always been excellent at character development and party banter, so that tends to be the best part of the game for me. I think I preferred the story of DA:O, but I don't think this game is one that I would recommend skipping. If DA:O was an A+ for me, I would rate this one at a high B.
My thoughts exactly, as I was saying in previous pages it doesn't have the pizazz Origins had imo. I find myself in and out of the story where as in Origins I was wondering what was gunna happen next. Than again the combat in #2 is maybe a little bit more "fun" and it's easier to just hop in this game and do a few quests and be happy with that. Maybe Secksy is saying skip because it is short? But, I'm not sure about that because I've played quite a bit and it's still going, if it was to end in the next 4 hours or so I'd be happy with it's length. These types of games always seem short if you play them all day, if you are busy and playing 2 hours a day they seem to last forever. It just depends how you like to play I suppose, I usually can't play for longer than 2 hour increments or I get restless.
Well, I had only played the first two acts with my first few posts. Upon closer inspection, my opinion has changed. 'Happens.
There are NO valid reason anyone that slightly enjoyed the first one would want to skip this one. Like it less than the original? Sure, but skip it entirely? No way. It's like someone going to see "Random Sequel to really popular movie" then vote 0/10 because it wasn't as good as the first one. Anyway I won't go into a full review until I am done, but I just started Act 3 and the game is great so far. The story telling is just as good as the first one and it's refreshing to see a fantasy RPG game that doesn't follow the "Lord of the Ring" style of story telling. You are just a guy trying to survive in a harsh world. No saving the world BS, no almighty righteous decisions. It's very gray with dark humor and tons of interesting characters. Plenty of cameo from the original game, and lots of little discussions or conversations based on your imported saved game. I tried both a mage and a rogue, and just for the gameplay differences... I will play it again after I am done with this play through. Probably try 3 new characters, see all the conversation options. Anyway, short review until I finish the game. But so far it's a solid 9/10. As good as Mass Effect 2, they did the same kind of work.
Well that sucks, I wonder how far along I am. How many "chapter" are there? Without spoiling anything. I'm really enjoying it so far, but I'm not that into the story like I was, let's say, with Mass Effect.
