Yeah, I think I may need to re-buy it as well. I found my LoD CD, but that does me no good without the cases and the D2 CD's
well I am trying to get a whole bunch of us organized to play some d2. If you guys can find your cd keys, then just download the game off a torrent site. Thats what I had to do. I had my cd keys but no cd's
Hydra is an immediate summon that attacks, it is invincible and cannot be targeted, no need to nitpick the obvious holes in the comparison =P Necromancers are hinted to come back in the text of undead. Working necro builds post d3 announcement were: Golemancer Meleemancer Zookeeper Jailkeeper Bone Fishy Poison Nova The difference what I can see between D2 Necro and D3 witch doctor is that the summonables are zombies, where as necro has golems revives and skeles, also necros could delve into demonology for D3 where as witch doctors are more like GW rits. I could never tolerate D1, I try and try but I just can't stand it.
Yeah, im gonna be busy playing so many games soon! GAH!!!!!!!!! I've only played WoW for the last two years so this is crazyness for me!
That's what BR is for, if you're facing chargers then switch. I wonder how FC/Mongrel/Unsummon combo will pair up with enigma in PvP though, do their explosions charge up with fire pot?
I'm glad that they aren't going to replace necros, I didn't play D2 much but when I did I would play with a necro and they are fun
Sorry about nitpicking. I wasn't sure if you knew something I didn't about the zombie wall and would have then corrected me, thus instilled some new knowledge upon my person. Also, I really hope the necro is back and I won't argue he isn't, but I still have my doubts. Side note: I heard an interesting guess at the story line the other day. Tyrael has been cast out of heaven (the comet) for destroying the Worldstone and is now a fallen angel (like Satan or such). Although it has some holes (Tyrael put his neck out for humanity why would he betray?, ect.) and I hope it isn't true (I love Tyrael, he is my hero) it definitely seems viable.
Well he could be ticked off at humanity for not being worthy, he put his soul on the line for us, and the damn wimp just gave Baal the soul stone. After being cast out of heaven for protecting us, he could be kinda sour having to spend the rest of eternity in damnation.
Yeah, I guess. Marius did epic fail... IF Tyrael is corrupted I want him to, at the very least, end in a good way like Izual; his soul ascending after destroying the corrupted form that was bestowed upon him. Tyrael is just too cool for school to die evil.
I was watching Xplay and they said that Blizzard isn't going to release D3 until they are sure it is complete. Do you think this is how Blizzard has worked or do you think that they have released games that weren't complete like a lot of companies now that they can patch and update their games after their games have released?
Really with the exception of WoW (it being an MMO), Blizzard has never released a game before they thought it was ready. They delayed Warcraft 3 for like a year and a bit because it wasn't good enough in their eyes to be on the market (originally a Spring 2001 release, released July 3rd 2002). Just like with SC2, we won't see a release date until they're sure the game will be done for that day.
