Computer Locks Up

    Those temperatures look normal, considering you have an AMD CPU which runs hotter than Intel.

    It may be possible to reduce the temperature of your CPU by cleaning dust inside your computer and applying thermal paste to your CPU/heatsink (preferably, arctic silver compound). After so many years the paste probably dried out and hardened by now.

    Average idle CPU temperatures are around 40 degrees Celsius. Mine is 30 degrees, because of my cooling system.
