Chaos gloves are great. They're one exceptionally loud noob warning.

I saw a newb XoO trapper in JQ a few weeks ago. I was embarrassed. I mean, that's even worse than a RoJ Wammo.

I said hi to Maya for you Shoji.

When I first got FoW, there was the argument that FoW hid your armor stats. e.g. people couldn't tell if you were wearing dragon's (vs element) or plate (vs physical). I thought it was the stupidest thing ever, but I did get FoW on my monk because I thought tattoos looked crappy.

I'm actually really excited about GW 2 now. Having virtually no spare cash now a free2play game like GW is much more appealing and accessible for me.

I'm still here! So if any of you oldies are kicking around... please come back to XoO, we need ya!!! Even if you don't play every day, it'll be nice to see some active names up on the roster!!!

At least the current alliance we are in [GWO] is quite active in various aspects, whether it be the new Zaishen Challenges with Bounty Hunts, Missions and Combat, or do doing a co-op in Alliance Battles, there's something happening for all tastes during most times of the day.

Looking forward to seeing some old familar faces again!

Right now I'm playing really inactively, after I get stuff settled down over here I may jump over with you guys again. So yeah I'm looking at GW2 with two lights, it's either going to be awesome or tank, I'm hoping it is the first.

Just get Anet to re-email it to you, as long as your email address hasn't changed, then it shouldn't be a problem.

StryderX, you hit the low-level cap like that is a bad thing, the reason that was set into place was because at the time of Guild Wars making the biggest turn off in MMOs was grinding, so they set a fair cap, and they used it as a balance system also. So really is grind so much better then no grind?? A low-level cap makes PvP way more open at an earlier time, also it adds to the PvE side with that also making the game more open to people that don't have weeks of time to spend grinding. They had a great idea with that low level cap, and it works quite well. Everyone who tends to hit on it really haven't played the game enough to even try and get into it.

I played for 4 years or so and never had a problem with the level cap. As far as I was concerned it was perfect. A lot of the game had to do with player skill rather than gear since everything was pretty close to the same. The only thing people really payed for was weapon skins. Perfect gear could be obtained from collectors for peanuts. I wish I could get back into this game. I've tried a couple times and it just doesnt seem to stick. Mostly because there is nobody to really play with when you get far behind.

yeah it is harder to get back in when you don't have a good group to join to do it all with... I have never had a problem with the level cap, and actually that was probably one of my more liked elements about this game with the eight skill cap. Those two combined made the game more about tactical skill and well thought builds rather then level and gear and anything works.

Low level cap ain't a good reason to dislike a game. If they divided each level into 10 and gave you a cap of 200 that took just as long to reach and was just the same when you got there, it won't make the game any better.

Aion's level cap sure doesn't make it any better. If it weren't for the PvP I'd have dropped it after the first weekend.
