I have the same problem. The game loads the intro movies and the second I get to the logon screen it crashes to the desktop. I can't figure out what the problem is. I'm trying a reinstall today but I'm not going to get my hopes up. I've cleaned my registry and did other things. It's still happening.
Ya somebody with more tolerance then me let me know when they do an update and I'll give it another run then.
