My timezone is GMT+1. 4. Class: Spiritmaster. 5. Do you have vent and a mic? : Yes, I have both. I'm more of a listener than a talker though. Definitely a quiet guy. 6. Previous gaming experience: As far as online gaming and MMOs are concerned, the only games that managed to grab me for longer amounts of time were Diablo 2 and WoW. I had a brief stint in UO a long time ago, but I'd still say that WoW was my first "real" MMO. Just like a lot of people I've tried out various other MMOs over the years just to get away from it (EQ2, LotRO, AoC, WAR, EVE, ...), but none of them ultimately had the quality. I do hope that Aion has that. Looking good so far. 7. Why did you chose XoO: That's not an easy question to answer. There are generally a couple of things I'm looking for in guilds: a) Stability. I don't want to log-in one day and find out my guild has been disbanded and the guild-master gone missing with the guid-bank. That actually happened to me once in EQ2 and is basically the reason why I tend to choose my guilds more carefully now. b) A friendly and (more importantly) mature environment. There are a lot of guilds that promise that, but very few where it's actually true. c) A good mix between hardcore and casual gaming. I dislike guilds where you are forced to raid/attend events x days per week. With a busy job this is simply not feasible a lot of the time. On the other hand I still like to have the opportunity to let out my inner hardcore self once in a while. I feel/hope that XoO fits this rather well. 8. Do you have a referal?: No, I don't. 9. What will you contribute to the guild? First of all, I'm a loyal person and don't tend to guild-hop a lot. I've played WoW on both Euro and US servers and have been in exactly one guild on each side over the span of 4 years. I choose my guilds carefully but I also go through the biggest crap with them. There's a lot that needs to happen for me to quit on a guild. Oh, and I also like to think of myself as a good player. 10. A little bit about yourself: I'm 30 years old and work as a software developer in southern Germany. I used to be quite a sporty guy and played tennis for a long time, but ultimately had to quit two years ago because of bad knee problems. That gave me the perfect opportunity to grow fat and lazy and concentrate on online gaming even more. 11. Activity Level? (hrs/week): I've taken two weeks off work for Aion's launch, so for that timeframe I'll be online for absurd amounts of time. On normal working days during the week I tend to be online 2-3 hours per day. More on the weekends. 12. Applied to usergroup? Err, no. Will do so in a minute.
