What I love most about being a Sorcerer is being able to hit HARD. I feel powerful when I see one of my major spells crit for over 20k damage and when I one-shot a monster or player. I also love the Crowd Control and would like to think I'm fairly good at it; being able to take on 3 or more monsters is a thrill. I don't think there is a single thing I dislike about my class! The pretty armor is a nice plus too! What is your level (Suggested Level of 50+) 55 Do you have any 45+ alts? Would you be willing to join them to legion? My next highest level alt is only level 41 and I do not intend on actively playing that character.... so, no. Not at the moment. I love my main character far too much and I have less fun playing alts than I do on my main. I might consider leveling an alt if I find an inspiring reason to do so. Would you consider yourself more of a PvP or PvE oriented player and why? I'm definitely more PvE oriented. In all of my PvP experience on Aion, I am always stunned, slowed, slept or dead. Being dead constantly isn't exactly my idea of "fun". It also does not help that the vast majority of Hard-core PvPers I know in this game are inconsiderate and very asshole-ish about the entire concept. Apparently, to them, not liking PvP = Baddie, and the teasing that comes from it is just atrocious. I would LOVE to try to be better, but its just not fun to do alone and no one will take a "Baddie" so I'm pretty much hosed. I don't mind so much because PvE in fun for me - I LOVE running instances! But it does suck that I basically have no choice. Get zerged for trying, get teased for failing. There is no way out alone. :c What Legion(s) were you previously with and why did you leave? I have been with far too many legions to list them all and I always left because of the same reason: Legion Drama. Not petty little drama llama things, but BIG DEALS that, in more than one cases, dissolved the entire Legion. So the most accurate answer would be that most of the Legions I have left were because the Legion disbanded or became inactive due to drama. One exception I can think of is a very old Legion (which may no longer exist) called Divine Sin which I left because I was tired of being ignored and feeling invisible. I was rarely included in Legion activities and rarely even spoken to or answered when I tried to speak out, so I felt no reason to be there. Why did you choose XoO: I met Kitsune in-game and got to chat with her! She told me her story about how she was accepted into XoO and told me many other things that have happened during her stay, and everything sounds so amazing! This Legion truly sounds like my ideal Legion, which is why I would love to give it a chance. Based on what Kitsune described, its a talkative legion (which I LOVE), everyone is helpful and kind, and Legion Events are not participation-required because "Fun shouldn't be mandatory!" (which I also LOVE!) so it just sounds exactly like the sort of legion I've been seeking out! Previous Gaming Experience: My first MMO was MapleStory, when I was 12 years old. I only played for about 8 months before burning out on it and moving to Ragnarok Online when I was 13. I played Ragnarok Online for several years, but never the same private server for more than a few months at a time. I tried out every single class at least once, and discovered my love for questing during my RO experience. I also played Dream of Mirror Online for about 6 months - I never liked the combat system though. I ended up using it more for socializing and left when most of my friends did. Aion is my fourth ever MMO, and the one I've been with for the longest, by far! I was actually introduced to Aion by my Father who obtained a Closed Beta key and allowed me to play in his place. And I've been with Aion, non-stop, ever since. It has its downsides, but overall, I love the game very much. Why do you think you'll be a good fit? Because I love helping people and doing things in a group! I love mentoring lower levels and I love running instances for absolutely nothing more than the off-chance of getting a friend a piece of gear. I have more fun doing things with others than I do by being alone. I would rather be given and follow orders than be the one giving orders, save for the rare exception when I feel I am the most qualified to lead something. I am a laid-back and flexible person and I love that warm, fuzzy feeling that comes from helping others accomplish something they couldn't do on their own. I also love learning and teaching, which I think is a pretty fair trade-off when it comes to strengths and weaknesses. What will you contribute to the guild? A powerful DPS and skilled Crowd Controller for groups and instances, as well as the company of a friendly, talkative, easy-going and fun-loving person. I have a little experience with leading Guilds/Legions and may be able to provide insight when requested. I know basic computer knowledge regarding PCs and may be able to assist with simple tech issues. I know a little bit of HTML coding and terminology. I am the oldest of 4 sisters, so I'd like to think that my nature contains a nurturing and sisterly mindset. I am always -ALWAYS- happy to listen when someone needs to blow off some steam, whether I know you or not! I have been told more than once that I have this strange ability to not only SEE the best in people, but also to bring OUT the best in them. I take great pride in the wonderful relationship I have with my sisters and mother. They are some of my favorite people in the whole world and some of my closest friends! I love them all dearly. I truly love being an older sister, possibly more than anything in the world. ♥ I tend to be rather quiet and shy at first unless I can think of something to say to someone that sparks a conversation. Once I become comfortable with a group of people, I turn into this completely whacky, goofy, giggly person that talks a lot. I'm typically only loud when I'm hyper, which usually happens when I've had caffeine. I'm addicted to Mountain Dew and always have some on weekends! Aside from my silly nature, though, there are many things I will take seriously - usually PEOPLE. I know how annoying it can be to never be taken seriously, so I try my best to be sensitive to when people really need someone to listen. I love listening. Just let me finish my thoughts before changing a subject or interrupting me though.... one of my sisters has a horrible habit of interrupting so its become an unwanted pet peeve. :c Random things that I love include: CATS. Ribbons. The Colors Pink and Blue. Hugs. Costumes. Pokemon. Anime/Manga. And Chocolate. Everyone likes chocolate, right? :B Do you have a sense of humor? Hellz yea, I do! Poke fun at me, I'll probably poke fun right back at you if I can think of something witty. xD I love laughing and sometimes, though I never really figured out how, I make people laugh too. Its always something silly and spontaneous. I'm still somewhat innocent in the head though, so I may or may not always get a dirty joke. (I'm sure that can be fixed sooner or later. ) I love JEFF DUNHAM. He's my favorite Comedian of all time. Memes are great fun too. You might occasionally catch me attempting to troll a global chat channel but I usually fail pretty bad even though I'm just trying to be funny. I think my friends could describe my sense of humor better than I can. xD Activity level? Between 4 - 6 hours on weekdays, and up to 12 hours on weekends.
