Up for sale now for a very limited time:

buy a couple if you can. These monitors are basically rejected Apple Cinema displays, showing 2560x1440 resolution in a 27" screen. They use LG panels of A- quality (means possible dead or stuck pixels). These monitors are the very special and rare version that can overclock to a max of 135Hz refresh rate. You may or may not be able to hit that high, as it is very dependent on your GPU. But still, the chance for a gorgeous 1440p monitor displaying 120Hz is an incredible and rare opportunity. If you can afford one, get it. This monitor is the best LCD you can buy for a computer.

For those worrying about dead pixels, it shouldnt be much of an issue. Most people who report they found a dead pixel or two in testing for them also say they didnt notice them before the test and still cant notice them while using the monitor. The density of the pixels just makes it very hard to see a single bad pixel.

For the AMD graphics users here, you will need to use this patcher:

to remove the artificial 333MHz clock speed limit on the DVI output, and then make a custom resolution to be able to select 1440p @ "X" Hz

I have a non overclockable version of this monitor, and I must say the picture is amazing. Mine has a stuck green pixel in the top left, only time you can see it is when the screen displays dark colors in that area. Tempted to get a couple more of these lol,

Also the non overclocked version used to sell on ebay for 300, however that is no longer available. Most start around 400-500 now a days for the catleap, so if youre thinking catleap might as well go with the overclockable one, which is only available through 120hz.net, this site has a special deal with the manufacturer of the displays.

    best monitor ive ever had.
