Hey, everyone. xoohq.com is blocked at work and I need my forum fix! :tear: I work at a High School so all gaming sites are blocked. However, there are a few gaming forums for guilds that aren't blocked so I'm curious how they get around the gaming tag.

Is there a way to get around this?

I noticed the site's html meta tags have a few keywords the blocking software might be keying off of.

You could research some of the available proxy servers to work around it. Just weigh the risk vs. reward. :)

You'll probably get expelled for using a proxy.

    Try http://www2.xoohq.com

Its the mobile forum url and it works in a regular browser as well. But you don't get like images and stuff like that. It works, and shows you the threads.

Go phone ftw. Networks problems? What are those? Spending 400 dollars on a phone? Why?

Network and tower optimization are how I put food on the table. Also, throw away phones still use the same networks as the rest of us.

Yea but I don't need to use it as much as the phone addicts with the 4Gs. Besides most people who have these stupid 400 dollar phones are probably going broke because of the phone plans they are on.

Try 800$ unlocked phones. Or 200$ with a lifetime ownership cost of 2000$-2500$. You are not buying a phone though. You buy phones for 50$. You are buying a stylish, portable computer with the costs spread over 2-3 years.
