I have the witcher and witcher 2....do i need to play through 1 to understand 2? I just wrapped up the initial mission on 1 but im not really feeling it (i demo'd witcher 2 at a buddies house and I loved it)
Witcher 1 gives a lot of information on the lore and Witcher universe, that won't really be explained in Witcher 2. But the stories are not really tied together, and you can easily play Witcher 2 without having played 1.
Witcher 2 story doesn't make sense unless you play Witcher 1 first IMO. At least, I felt kind of lost during Witcher 2 because it had been years since I played the first.
I completely disagree. There may be a lot of lore and backstory you'll miss out on, but the actual story itself of Witcher 2 is pretty stand-alone.
I played 2 without playing the first and followed fine. I can't wait for number 3. 2 is one of my favourite games.
great yea i'lll go through two (assuming i'll find time...works been picking up) and then maybe hit up 1 on easy just to enjoy the lore
I'm not watching that video because the hype will probably kill me, I already have sky high expectations about this game.
Posse my Argentine friend....good times fighting along side you at the esamir munitions! Look forward to gaming with you (and the guys) more often (maybe when I get back from my flight)....remember...... Pele's right toe > Maradona and Messi combined! hahahaha...much love
Hm i'll need to pick up #2 again, i think i've stopped after, like 10h, being captivated by something else.
