So... its been in beta for a while now, has anyone else had the chance to test it out?
I got my first BSOD today in it whilest trying to run Nero :D
I like the few subtile improvements of vista ive seen so far. Some things are meh, I'm still shooting for Compiz-Fusion support by release xD

I haven't tried it myself but my roommate has and he has no major complaints... I hear it's like vista with lower system req.

I just want my school to give out the 64bit version for free instead of the 32.

If you download the 64 bit version, there's a good chance your 32 bit key will work for it.

Nope. Might try it soon, don't know for sure though. May have to wait for a new system.

I might end up using it at work for something though. Will have to wait and see on that.

Yeah, the 32 bit version works on my craptastic acer (1.8GHz, 446 RAM, and intergrated GFX), for the most part with no problems... trying to do 3D stuff with it tends to send it off crazy though.
I love it on my desktop; only downside though is it cannot see the data on my XP HDD.

I ran windows 7 almost exclusively for a full month before I went back to XP.

Some things work on it, like programs for instance, but others would not. You would get a windows error and it would never run.

I like it, I really do. Just I needed my programs to work was the only minor annoyance.

There are only 6 unique keys for 8 million or so downloads so yes your 32-bit key will work on your 64-bit download
