I heard on the news today that he was ordered to prison by the judge but he has decided not to go, yet. His lawyers said something to the effect of "Mr. Snipes will only go to locations he chooses and we are exploring other options (instead of prison.)"

Maybe we can see Dog the Bounty Hunter go after Wesley Snipes.

 

now thats an episode I would love to see...

I agree federal prison is a day at the beach compared to local or state pens, but either way, 3 years is a long frickin' time
