    Yes

    Both
What kinds of activities are you interested in?
Within the game and in to context of GW2 / XoO I'd love to get into some competetive high end organized PVP. Also, on a slightly more casual tip do some world pvp and pve stuff.
    Previous Gaming Experience:
well 25 years ago or so I got an NES rofl... Errr more recently WoW is worth mentioning. I've played on a top 100 ranked arena team in the past ( Season 5 ) and have played something like half the classes to a top 3% rank. I've done a large amount of PVE stuff in that game as well.

Outside of WoW I'm into FPS's and good RPG based games for the most part.
    Why did you choose XoO:
Because of your previous reputation in GW (I'm new to the series) and you seem to have a good active community (this is important). This means that there will be players that can help acclimate me to the series and plenty of people to play with. The group of guilds you have organized (GF) should also provide an interesting / competitive dynamic to the gameplay experience.
Why do you think you'll be a good fit?
I am a good fit due to my ability to:

    1) play video games at a relatively competitive level

    2) My ability to work well in a group setting and put team / guild needs first

    3) The level of dedication I will bring to this game especially if I can find an actual community with like minded individuals

    4) I'm a pretty chill dude irl with a lot of interests / responsibilities and that shows when we get together for guild events.
What will you contribute to the guild?
People will want to play with me because I'm a fairly skilled player that could give a fuck about sustaining my own ego; Meaning I'm open to suggestions and try to help create the best gameplay experience not just for others but for those I'm playing with.

    A little bit about yourself?
I graduated with a BS in Comprehensive Sound Arts to which I applied to DJ'ing in San Francisco, working in recording studios and live sound, and running my own company... To which I gave up for a commercial real estate, a fat paycheck, and free weekends! And also allowed me to create a stable family environment for my wife and now 10 month old kid :p

I just got back to work after a months vacation to the mountains in Idaho where I pretty much played golf, biked, hiked and did a bunch of other outdoor stuff.
    Activity level?
    15-40
Do you have a high speed internet connection and a good computer?
    Yes
Have you applied to the GW2 usergroup?
    Yes

Gratz on the relatively new baby. I'm going to shoot you a pm to set up a time to talk on the TS server.

Interesting factoid: We are the same age, but I started gaming a few years before you on a Commodore 64 :)

What is even more interesting is that I'm not the only one here that had one.

Phantasie on C64 was a lot of fun. Man, really miss SSI and all their awesome games. Beachhead was a really fun one too.
