    1. Character Name, Class, and Main Spec: Valdred, Warlock, Affliction
If applying as Friend: Answer Q9 and have them speak with an officer to coordinate an invite.

    2. Armory Link: (explain talent choices here in needed):
    http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Sargeras&cn=Valdred

    3. List raid helpful professions:
    Jewelcrafting and Enchanting

    4. Time playing WoW and PvE progression:
I raided a bit pre bc and took a huge break during bc. I have been raiding in wotlk. I have Ulduar 10 achivements and I completed togc 10 with 49 attempts left. (would have had 50 but off tank messed up...) I have completed some of Plaugeworks on 10 man but not on 25 yet.

    5. PvP influences and impact on raiding:
    I barely PvP.

    6. Age (18 is required with limited exceptions):
    22

    7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding(family, classes, dorm, night shifts etc):
I am a recent graduate of the University of Vermont. I do not have a job and I live at home at the moment.

    8. Guild you are leaving and why: (If you join another guild without following up here, application will be closed):
If accepted, I would be leaving The Dark Templars because I need a more serious raiding guild. They have solid 10 mans but I am interested in 25 man progression.

    9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild:
Trade chat a while back. I heard you were looking for a geared lock.

    10. List consumables you bring to raid:
Flask of Frost Wyrm, Runic Healing Potion, Potion of Speed, Fish Feast, a full bag of shards for healthstones, soulstones and summoning

    11. Additional Scheduling conflicts (consider possible weekend groups for 10mans): At the moment, I have no conflicts.

    12. Provide measure of your damage/healing such as Recount (Screenshot to include player breakdown of attack %'s), WoW Web Stats (WWS), or World of Logs listing:

    13. Provide a UI screenshot from raid combat:

    14. Final comments you feel could help your application:
    Thanks for reviewing my application.

Sorry it took me so long to respond. The friends that I have in my current guild convinced me to stay. But once again, fail raids this week. I did feel guilty about leaving them before but it is not worth the frustration. I am definitely wiling to give demo a try. Like I said above, I haven't done it before so I would have to get used to the rotation. To stay on top of class changes, I do research. I read lots of lock sites and talk to my lock friends. I try out new specs. I look at spreadsheets from time to time but they don't like the way I gem so I don't always take their advice. Again, I am sorry for the delay.

would probably have you stay affliction but having a support offspec of demonology for the Spell power increase to raid is something we also need.
