I had an applicant that tried to register. He said his "name wouldn't work" so I told him to try a different name. He said he attempted a random string of characters and it would take that either. I then asked him if he had registered before, but he claims it was the Name and not the email. Having only registered once here, I can only guess what happened, but I unfortunately didn't have the ability to stay in-game to help him figure it out. Is there another possibility besides what I asked him about that I should look into?
let me know the email and username he is trying to register with and I will check on it... (Send me a PM please with it) also the exact error it gives him when it doesn't let him register will help a lot
