Planetside 2 ApplicationHow old are you? 22 In-Game Name? Tseralith Do you have Teamspeak 3 and a mic? Yes Why did you choose XoO: I see XoO as a strong teamwork based Outfit who not only plays to have fun, but also plays to win. The desire to strive forward is what's appealing me. Previous Gaming Experience: I've been mostly playing various FPS and RPG games, some strategy games and certain turn based games. I've mostly played single player games like Half Life + various mods, STALKER series, Dead Space, Diablo 2, Lionheart, Jagged Alliance 2, Heroes 3 + expansions... but I've yet to bother getting any of the CoD, MW or BF series. I always play on the hardest possible difficulty in FPS games as I want a challenge, but I always end up learning how to handle them and in the end they become too easy to play anyway. Heroes 3 is the strategy/turn based game I've enjoyed the most to play, with all the variations, campaigns and difficulty levels you can restrict yourself with. In the online world I've been playing EverQuest 2 the most, being in a guild where I joined raids for the end zone bosses. During that time I was a Dirge, a supportive class which both boosts the offensive skills of raid/group members as well as resurrects fallen members during combat, a class I certainly enjoyed playing. I also had fun roleplaying during events and decorate a house you had in the game. Unfortunately, all raiding got too repetitious in the end and I quit playing. The second online game I'm playing a lot is Team Fortress 2 actually. Here I mostly play a Medic and keep everyone alive... unless there's no good targets to heal in which I switch mostly to Heavy and go offensive instead. I enjoy playing this game as the difficulty varies between each match, although sometimes that difficulty is because of the teams overall choice of classes... not much to do about that except try fight myself and hope they'll reconsider their class choice before the round ends. What will you contribute to the guild? I often desire to be a supportive class so I'll always do my best to help my team in need. I don't think I'd be suitable for leadership tasks though. Whenever a problem occurs in a game I often tend to figure out a way to handle it, and thus I could perhaps be helpful in some strategy and tactics planning, but I can't claim to be as good as a real strategist. Localization: Europe Do you have a referral? - A little bit about yourself? I'm a calm young guy who enjoys playing games in my spare time. I also enjoy reading books, most from the Fantasy gengre, but I've been checking out some Sci Fi recently too. When playing games I often enjoy them if there's some difficulty to them. Though if a game becomes too repetitive with little variation I tend to get bored and stop playing, but those are mostly outside the FPS genre. I'm also positive and rarely get angry because of something. I'm As mentioned earlier I try to take care of problems when I encounter them. Activity level? Around 40h I think. Great application Tseralith, thank you for applying. If you like world building and a lot of in-depth lore, check out Dune, it's a great sci-fi read. Once Planetside goes into full beta/live the final step of the application process will be for new members to group up with us in-game for a period of time.
