How will you assist the other officers in the guild?: By knowing an understanding what their individual roles are and being able to step in if they have IRL conflicts and/or need to take an extended breakWhat will you do enhance the guild?: Being available and knowledgeable as possible, and always keeping an active dialogue with not only the other office but the entire guild as a whole on all levels.What are your past leadership roles?: Gaming - Asherons call, officer of Meginjarder at age 13 (~1500 people on an active server (morningthaw) of 6000) Captain of echo7, CS 1.5, 1.6, Lan team, 2 CPLs and Cal-M/P, WoW - General Officer of TG then Aurora, Horde on Arthas, then moved to Ascendancy as a member, became Mage class officer and main recruitment officer. As a whole guild moved to Azshara and promoted to co-leader and raid leader, Achieved all server first clears, normal and heroic from launch to end of Ulduar, GW2 became an officer and class leader for warrior (our leader was a Warrior too but he did the day to day guild leading I did the official Warror leading) CS:GO co-leader and scheduler for 2 teams. Outside of gaming, growing up I was a patrol leader for 2 years, and Senior patrol leader for 3 years (highest elected rank) in boy scouts, attented 3 separate specialty Junior leadership training events (all a week long) with scouting. Worked in every level of management in both retail and restaurant businesses.What would you like to add to your application to make you more competitive?: In anything I've done in my life I have always been a level headed advisor to those above me, below me, and to even myself. I'm always available and dependable.
