Looks like what we do when I grill with my dad. He has a nice wood pellet smoker/grill that is huge.

And yes Sweet Baby Rays is the good stuff, or some nice homemade.

    I want some now!

I use a dry rub and let it sit overnight, and I dont sauce em up until the last 30-45 mins of cooking

That'll be tough to beat, I don't think my BBQ budget beats that. If people want to bring more meat to chip in feel free to during PAX, we have a BBQ planned loosely but I don't think that we can even buy that much meat at the moment because we are all pretty econ at the moment. Feel free to make plans if you want to share in the good times.

Allow me to donate my BBQ sauce recipie to the cause:

    Ketchup (30%)
    Mustard (Hot and Spicy) (10%)
    Molasses (20%)
Lemon Juice (Aprox 1 lemon's worth to a salad bowl size batch)
Salsa (Thick Chunky and Spicy) (30%)
Chopped Sweet Onion (1 whole onion to a salad bowl size batch)
Crushed Fresh Garlic (4-6 cloves to a salad bowl size batch)

Mix together then Microwave for aprox 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again for another 30 seconds.

I honestly make this to my own tastes and have never measured it out so wing it as you want. It's tasty, tangy, and the garlic and salsa will add a hell of a kick.

    Enjoy!

Hmmm....molasses. Never tried that before. I've always used brown sugar, but I should try that sometime.
