I typically look at Icy Veins and Noxxic and compare them for consistency. I try out what they says is the best, then adapt that set up to how I play. I also like looking up theorycrafting numbers in different scenarios.​

Recount your previous guilds that you were a core raider in (up to the last 3) and your reasons for leaving?:

Afternoon Tennis: Disagreement with guild leadership and how the guild was run, the attitude of the raid team.

Rise of Legends: We got stuck in progression because there were a group of raiders who weren't taking ti seriously enough to look at their logs and do self-improvement. I told the GM 3 weeks in advance that I was leaving (to afternoon tennis) so he had time to replace me.​

Summarize your raiding experience.:

I started raiding seriously at the end of MoP, and knew I would try heroic/mythic in the next expansion. During WoD I raided mythic, and was a raid leader for Highmaul and BRF heroic/mythic. As a natural leader, I love strategizing for fights, but I also enjoy number crunching and using logs to see where myself and others can improve.​

What are you looking for from XoO, and from a guild in general?:

A guild who takes raiding seriously and will push mythic. If you can do that, but still be friendly and funny, you are the guild for me.​
