Best commercials were G.I Joe & Transformers. It doesn't get better than that.

I have to agree, this years commercials were sort of lame. Guess in an economic crisis, people who can justify spending an assload of money for a commercial cant justify spending even more money on amusing commercials...

They're still very good compared to every day commercials though. The salmon one a while back is my favorite (man walks up to a bear who has a salmon, they get in a fight, the guy kicks the bear's crotch and takes his fish... I dont know the youtube link though.)

 

The best ones were from before the Internet bubble burst in 2000. Smart beep, cat farming, Outpost.com were amongst the best ever.

there's always some busts, but in a few years, we may still get reminded of the good ones ... the magic fridge, Running with the Squirrels, but of course, nothing tops the cat herding.
