Well the Klingons have trouble hitting an unpowered probe (40 seconds in), which is the closest you can get to a stationary object in space. And they do it at less than a ship length away.

On the other hand, the Federation don't do much better.

 

What the hell, let's kick the unspoken law of XoO into touch and go Federation this time.

I'd choose Feds, sorry.
Klings are awesome and all, but I draw the line at retaining honor through close ranges once the combat involves lasers, then you just have to say "OH WELLLLLL" and take off your shirt and start yelling to increase power level.




Remember that the Klingon empire is just one race, where as the feds are dozens.

Yes AVP mmo would probably be the best possible mmo... wish they would make a new avp game, avp1/2 were brilliant, used to love doing survival as marines against aliens
