For the people who love the game or are slightly interested in the game I'm trying to get a group of people together for a big game. I have a few irl friends that I currently play with now and then and looking for a few more just to make it that bit more interesting with no need for bots. For the people that do have it, we're playing on the exp patch 1.01. For the people that don't have it, we downloaded the cracked version of the game, so of course it was free. bumping a rather old topic, however with the release of the new expansion, I once again can't stop playing this game. So if anyone is interested in a game gimme a shout. We're on version 1.0, I have retail now (yay) however a few mates don't so I haven't been allowed to update
i quit because its a one-strategy failure. it looks nice, its quite awsome in fact. but there is one way, and one way only to win in multiplayer... use the unity, and go for pure fighters. this is unacceptable for a 'RTS' mind you, its been a while since i played last, maybe they fixed it? though last i heard they nerfed anti-fighter ships... soo.....
I got everyone playing then i made them all ragequit because I got one starbase into their system and its hp regen and upgrades kept it alive against a whole fleet and 3 capital ships.
