Is there a question here or is this a bragging post. Don't take what I am saying at face value I don't mean to sound like an asshole I am just unaware of the purpose of the post.

Save $$ and get the 3570k. If you are using it only to game and don't need the hyper threading for other software, save your $$.

    I love my 3570k, stable at 4.5G.

Get a 3570K instead of the 3770K (assuming the caveat sogestu pointed out) and I would recommend a gtx 670 instead of the 2 x 560.... unless of course you have already purchased the 560s and can't return them.

I'd rather spend the money on ONE good card then TWO midrange cards.

Depends on if he is running surround or not. The 560s in SLI can perform just as well as some of the newer 600 series single cards. Sounds like he is helping his friend out though.

Should we move this to Tech forums? :3

I don`t think it does depend. There is no downside to going with the 670 whereas there are with the 560s. 2x old cards = more power draw, more heat, more noise, less VRAM, SLI problems. Games these days can easily eat up the 1 GB VRAM on those cards and if he is getting all the other stuff why limit yourself on the GPU? Just doesn`t make sense to spend the money he is on the rest and get a shitty GPU. If you want more advice than the few people here do a quick search with google and I don`t think you will find one person recommending going with 2x560 over a single 670.

Should be in the tech forums :p

He is set on the 560 because he is buying from a friend, I was merely stating its not the worst solution, definitely not the best either. No need to be rude.

OP, Good luck with your build.
