Which game group? You are able to remove yourself manually by going to the Profile -> Join User Groups. If you have been accepted into the group, the button will change from join user group to leave user group. If you are talking about Xen general, you should be able to delete your profile somewhere or simply change your email address if you never want to be bothered (you can also block Xen in your mailing list for your listed email).
