Apparently teamspeak cant be heard when im streaming, people hear me fine, but cant hear who im talking to.

I've tried different settings on TS and on windows sound settings, cant get any output from teamspeak on my stream.

i have all audio, games and music via speakers, and only teamspeak via my headset, could this be the problem?

im using Xsplit for broadcasting, normal license, not premium not free.

    twitch.tv/evilmaran is my channel.

any other info needed, just ask, or join me on TS, i can be found in MOBA division mostly...

I dont know much about configuring audio on a computer I have never used, especially with streaming. Erock might be able to help you more since he does a lot of streaming stuff.

Does the audio chipset you have even support simultaneous output of audio to different outputs? I know most can mirror the audio to both analog and digital outputs, but I dont recall seeing regular chipsets having the option to have two separate audio streams going different places.

oh ok so then it has 2 different chipsets anyway since the headset would use its own.
In Teamspeak in the settings area, there is probably (at least I seem to recall seeing it) a setting to select the audio output device TS3 will use. Make sure that is set to your headset

yes thats what it is, TS uses my headset all other audio is via speakers.
so xsplit, which send all info to my stream i think takes only my speakers atm, and my mic. but not the sound thats played in my headset (ts).

Yes that is correct. XSplit says it takes from the speaker output on their main page.
