At the PAX Prime 2010 R&D's Chris Perkins as DM, along with Jerry Holkins, Scott Kurtz, Mike Krahulik, and Wil Wheaton as players, played a game of Dungeons & Dragons live in front of an interactive audience. Here's part 1 or 10: I thought the whole thing was pretty hilarious, but I don't feel like embedding 10 YT videos right now.
self taught GM with this.. real role playing..that no wow can touch.. my dnd group was not your usual suspects.. ala my wife... the manager of the local head shop..(had the good stuff) a high school english teacher and the bain of my DM existance...( brought the beer) a real estate agent/writer for xfiles..(sold me the house we played in)*brought the booze two dancers * read as strippers..long time friends from pre-dancer days(brought the hotness) The manager of "hot topics" in the mall ( a crossdresser)* brought the fun/laughs the 6'7 290lb bouncer from the local rave club( brought the intensity ) and his wife..brought the sweetness. we played for 7 years together once every week or more
It is tons of fun and you can meet some really awesome and interesting people. I just wish Game-on would of kept holding the DnD games near me when they converted from Wizards of the Coast...
