Is your monitor posting at all? Is there any display on it, whether it be a NO SIGNAL or anything to rule out that it is working properly?

Secondly, if this is working properly I would attempt to just reboot with only 1 card in and see if you can get it to post. Or, if your mobo has on-board video try to get it up and running with that as your current display, uninstall and reinstall the nvidia drivers.

I had this problem when I mistakenly installed a second set of video drivers without uninstalling the ones I had currently at the time.

    The way I fixed it:
Boot into safe mode and do a system restore to a point where things are working.
