if you know about Ninja Video, Then you probably use ninjavideo. It's been one of the greatest high quality streaming video websites around. It focused on TV Shows, New Movies, Documentaries and Music Spotlghts and Interviews.

Much of the content was illegal and the powers that be have finally caught on, and shut t down.

I actually had cut off my cable television because primarily of this site.

They still may come back like Pirate Bay did by relocating their server. On their facebook page it says that they are doing some maintenance, So we'll see.

    :(

Hulu and Fancast just aren't the same.
I haven't used either of those in so long after discovering NinjaVideo.
Maybe they have improved some. If they have the tv shows the same day as they air, That would make me differently abhout them.

never heard of it, but I usually just download TV shows etc to external HD's via torrents. Sounds interesting though.

there a reason Hulu cant show then the exact day they air or the day after lol. Its like RedBox to lol they now have to wait 2 weeks after a movie release bc they are putting rental store out. Yes I know Hulu not like redBox and have to wait for the network to give them ok but still thats how they see it

Well, Ninjavdeo had shows same day as aired and NO COMMERCIALS, often in 720 HD!!

II'm going to go cry some more.

    Y'know,
I felt that way for a long time and I'm definitely not condoning it ethically. I'm just crying in my cornflakes.

I did have to do some personal soul searching on the matter, I want artists(particularly musicians) to make money. I realized that at this tme I'm not watching anything that I would pay to see otherwise. Actually it's done the opposite in my case. It enlightens me to what movies I need to see on the big screen. As far as TV commercials, I can't ever recall a tiime that I have bought anything based on a commercial. I'm sure a commercial has hipped me to something somewhere that I've gotten, but I can't think of any at the moment. Anyway, It's extremely rare!

Half of their older shit was just streaming from megavideo anyway. The other half you couldn't watch because their video player was a POS. Unless there was some sort if hidden area that members got or something.

OVGuide is the easiest way to find anything video.

Yeah, Ovguide is how I found Ninjavideo. the problem there is that there are alot of bullshiit sites you have o wade through. I'm using Ovguide now to fiind my favorite that is listed. There are several good ones, But Still looking for one that uploads the tv shows same day as aired.

Yeah, In the early days it was megaviideo. But I got on the bandwagon when it was primariily Divx, which is what I prefer. They don't have their own player. I have had less issues there than any other streaming website. I can be watching anything I like within 60 seconds, Loads quick too.

The fed gov. shut down many illegal websites showing pirated movies, anyway they lured them out by saying "we are supplier for free eclipse movie". Lol, I guess the trick worked. But I too am sad at this, it was nice watching things for free ^^

I would love the chance to cancel my cable and switch to solely online content but I like the convenience of being able to come home, sit down and just flick on the tv and watch star trek without any effort. If there was some way to get all of the shows I love and have a huge random playlist commercial free I would be all over it. That's too bad Ninja video is gone, sounds like it was a great service. Were there any regional restrictions?

Why can't you do that with a tv that has a vga? That's all you need.
btw, No regonal restrictions for ninjavideo.

http://www.startrekstreaming.info/ * Not that great, Tudou and Megavideo primarily

    http://www.fancast.com/search/?s=star trek *decent quality, commercials.

http://www.watchtrek.com/ *MY VOTE!! 1 little ad to click through and walaa.

Torrent that shit in HD? That's what I did for this entire last season anyway. I would like to just say, PHENOMENAL final 2 episodes. The Pandorica was awesome. Matt Smith is a great a doctor. I've only seen 2 of the other ones (2 previous to him) in a few episodes. I'm glad he is signed on for another season. I hope he hangs around a bit longer than that.
