We will be looking to participate in the following games for the new year and beyond. Are you excited? We are. Let's look at the upcoming games for 2015-2016.
    • Star Citizen
    • Camelot Unchained
    • Toxikk
    • Black Desert Online
    • H1Z1
    Star Citizen

    FEATURES:

    • Physics | will require players to play and interact as if they were really flying a ship. You can blackout from turning with Newtonian physics.
    • Systems | Travel between star systems using warp and jump drives to explore the massive galaxy.
    • Combat | Ship combat will rely mainly on piloting skill and ship balance. When two ships enter combat, they are seamlessly instanced into a battleground. Other ships can dynamically join and leave this battleground, up to 100+ ships (depending on game design).
    • Dynamic Instancing | There will be a persistent massive multiplayer universe offered to players. Star Citizen will use dynamic instancing to limit the number of players that can interact at once, while still offering a unified game world. As Chris Roberts put it, "if there were 10,000 people in orbit around Earth, that'd be 100 different instances of 100 different people."If instancing does happen, players will be able to travel between instances and join other players.
    • Unique Ships | There are a variety of ships for different players whether your trade be pirating, bombing, doing galactic trade runs, salvaging, scouting, or general gameplay. Pick a ship that suits your style and enjoy. You can purchase a basic ship (cost of a boxed game) and get into the testing then aquire new ships by simply playing or you can purchase a headstart ship and enjoy the action slightly sooner.
    Camelot Unchained

    FEATURES:
    • Complex statistic-based systems | require players to make choices. In our game, players can “gimp” their character, either accidentally or on purpose
    • Spell Interaction | Each spell cast can interact with everything in the world, and change based on that interaction. Enemy mages can weaken an Ice Wall by throwing fire-based spells or other runes that oppose Ice. An Ice Wall can be transformed by fire spells, which might result in it becoming Steam. That Steam can then be blown by Wind mages to harm other players.
    • Spell Creation | Players will be able to cast spells through a book or create their own spells mid-combat. Spell casting is no longer a boring click and shoot bur requires thought and mastery. Creating new spells and inscribing them into a spellbook is dangerous, and may fail catastrophically. Runes form the “core” spell, but players also have a wide range of other components that they can add to the spell, in order to customize their magic even further
    • Melee Creation |All abilities are created by the player, in the same way that magical spells are created by the player. Customize your attacks to AoE, targeted AoE, single target, etc as well as combining attacks in patterns.
    • Armor Intrique |Unlike the way of most games, armor only protects the part of the body that it covers. Your helm doesn’t help you when you are struck on the leg! A shoulder wound could reduce how fast you can swing a sword, but it won’t stop you from running away
    • Complex Crafting | They have both popcorn crafting (for those like myself who hate to craft) and hardcore crafting for those who want to primarily be crafters. The crafting is so confusing I will just link it.
    • RvRvR | Much like DAoC there are three main factions bidding for power. The map will contain 3 safe zones which will be the respective main cities and a few outlying areas. Everything else is fair game. So game on ladies! In the center of all of this is the Main city of Camelot which can be fought over. The game progresses on a capture system much like Warhammer.
    • Stat Progression | Levels and exp are for pussies. At least that is how Camelot sees it. The game progresses based on stats and abilities much like Darkfall whereby using an ability will increase your proficiency with no hard limits, but with soft caps to keep things competitive.
    Toxikk

    FEATURES:
    • FRAG LIKE IT'S 1999 | Play like the good ole days where arena shooters were all the rage like Quake, Team Fortress, and Unreal. There is no leveling, no skill-trees, no perks, no cover systems, no classes, no configurable weapons and no iron sight aiming.
    • Equality | After each death, you respawn with a melee weapon and a basic pistol. All other weapons are to be picked up while you play. Character customization is of cosmetic nature only.
    • Unique match-making algorithms | However, unlike the shooter giants from the past, TOXIKK features an XP and a bounty system. The XP system and its associated ranks are used for reputation purposes, for our match-making algorithms and to unlock new skins, but they do NOT change the stats or the abilities of your character. Your rank will show other players how experienced and skilled YOU are (rather than showing the experience level of your game character).
    • Map Variety | The game will host a variety of maps and map sizes from small maps to 16 player maps. In addition players can generate their own content by creating their own maps and playing on them as well.

    Black Desert

    FEATURES:
    • Seamless Movement | You won't have to deal with pesky loading times other than loading instances.
    • Unique Weather and Climate | The weather and climate will have an affect on zones that players can adapt to.
    • Parkour | Players will be able to run up walls, jump over balconies, and more with the parkour elements.
    • Player housing | will be instanced and will vary from tents through to more substantial houses and buildings. Players will be able to furnish and equip their housing and may hire NPCs to set up as traders from the building
    • Active Combat System | requiring precise manual aiming, dodging & comboing, unlike the tab-targeting system seen in older MMORPGs.
    H1Z1

    FEATURES:
    • Player Servers | The concept of Player Servers is that each person is given a token that they can use to vote on a particular configuration. When that server configuration receives enough tokens it will be created. This could mean changes to the rule set, such as stronger zombies, no weapons, first-person only, and likely a laundry list of other possibilities.
    • Destructible Environments | Gas barrels will explode, fences will fall, windows will break, and trees can be chopped down to name a few features in this regard.
    • Enhanced Zombie AI | When zombies are placed in the world of H1Z1 they are free to go where they want, doing what they want.
    • Zombie Players & Death | What's even cooler is that when a player dies in H1Z1, their corpse will reanimate after a certain amount of time, and whatever items they had on them will now be carried on the zombie as they wander off. If another player kills zombie-you, they'll be able to loot your gear.
    • Houses, Bases & Safes | You will be able to construct houses, bases, and safes to stockpile your items.
    • Vehicles | Run over people and zombies with vehicles but be aware they do degrade over time and require gas.
    • Weapons Galore | Use explosives, grenades, military grade weapons, bear traps, spike trap,s torches, crowbars, and axes to beat back the zombie horde.
    • Farming & Crafting | You will be able to farm and craft nearly everything in the game.
    • Supply Drops | Supplies are dropped at a random location. Everyone in the area would know what's happening, and this would turn the event into something of a Hunger Games.

Looking forward to Camelot Unchained (also a terribly biased backer) since I'll be able to play it this year due to alpha access. Hopefully will be my main game onwards replacing Destiny at the moment. It will be a nice solid return to PC gaming with a group (minus the side amount of GW2 I play). Maybe they will finally announce an expansion pack for GW2 fucking finally.

Have u played H1Z1 so far Kyoji ? I wonder how much time is required to sink in. Maybe i can hop in if it's not as demanding as a classical MMORPG... If not it'll be Star Citizen.
