ATAPI iHAS124 B ATA Device Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)
Try this http://support.microsoft.com/mats/cd_dvd_drive_problems/en-us Also get latest driver/firmware from the device manufacture's website
Thats quite odd. I cant recall a time I have ever installed drivers for a DVD drive, and never seen a problem like this. The built in Windows drivers have always worked perfect for me. It could be a program you installed that has to do with the drive, Alcohol 120% or AnyDVD, something like that? Those might cause an issue like this if something is wrong with the program.
