It's not the most expensive but while on the subject this is a great read. http://www2.audioquest.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/HDMI_Demystified_April_20_2011-EN.pdf
Also audioquest has been one of my favorites for interconnects due to the quality and tiered levels of affordability. Regardless is your not running 15 to 30m to your audio closet then your okay with the radioshack 14 buck shit.
However if your running an onkyo integra @ 1200 beans and your closet is 25 feet away, that ebay shit hdmi with no shielding will cause alot of pre bit errors that your dec will not be able to handle.

    This one made me lol.

"So I did what the commercials told me. I save two months salary and buy the Diamond HDI Digital Audio/Video Cable W/Ethernet Connection (5M) for just under $2,700. I really want to ask my girlfriend to marry me but I have to figure out how to turn this into a ring. I've bent it every which way I can think of but I keep making other shapes. Any suggestions?"

    From Fatwallet Forums:

"They do make a cheaper version of this cable that's only a couple feet long for about $1K, but I figure if you're going to show off your system, then you gotta show off the cables. I put a hook in the wall under my 20" Vizio and looped a couple meters down there just to make sure that it's seen.

The sound quality was an amazing improvement, it was almost like the actors' voices were coming from right inside my own head, and the video quality was just as amazing. The News Hour with Tom Lehr will NEVER be the same for me again. And when I watch my old VCR tapes of Andy Rooney doing his HILARIOUS schtick at the end of 60 minutes, the video is automatically upsampled and converted to 3879487365p. Sharp."

Haha, the reviews are so golden, I wonder what the company is thinking when they read some. They probly laugh too.

yeah its pretty much a legend. I wonder if sells go up on their cheaper cables because of this. Or, even better- what if this cable doesn't actually exist. Just gets attention for the company. I wonder what happens when some rich kid actually orders one of these.
