An increasing trend or just the norm. Who knows. I feel like we get a shooting or a bombing every couple months and honestly there is very little left to give up that would actually stop it. The trade-offs between freedom and information is never going to get to the point where you can stop a bunch of extreme fundamentalist from being assholes.
