How will you enforce the best players remain in the main guild?: By giving them incentive to stay. Whether that be exciting events for high level players only(would only be super serious players in super serious pvp/pve). Also I would make sure to keep a self made chart involving Hours per week, XP per week, Money per week and so on to determine who is active as well as who has the best improvement divided by time. What member requirements should we have for people in the main guild?: a Minimum involvement in game, a minimum involvement on forums, Maybe a tax like in Archeage to help strengthen the guild as a whole? Also a minimum involvement in PvP/PvEHow will you bring new members in?: I make montages and videos for my youtube channel and sometimes stream on twitch. That and "recruitment Day" PvE/PvP inviting non guild members without a guild of their own and getting them to sign up after a great night of fun. That was the most effective recruit methods for Planetside 2. The best way is to incorporate other mediums like twitch and facebook and twitter and reddit to help hit a critical mass quickly. How will you enhance the interview process?: I don't know what it's like for non members, if I knew that I could answer more directly and come up with ideas. What are your past leadership roles?: PS2 Sqd.Leader/Plt. Leader/ In game Recruitment officer once a week. Archeage raid leader occasionally. WoW Raid/Pvp/PVE leader for Darkness ArisenWhat would you like to add to your application to make you more competitive?: scrims, streaming, montages for youtube, advertising on other mediums, 110% commitment to a task, also my work ethic incorporated into my role.
Thank you for your application. We will be meeting this Friday to discuss all the applications we have received.
