    A mayor of a small New Zealand town makes reddit front page. He is a bit of a celebrity, and is or was part of the legalize marijuana party.

    Ive been to Invercargill a few times..lovely city. It is one of the most southern citys in the world.

    He may not have even been stoned on that show, he's like that pretty much every time I see him. He got blazed so much in his younger days he forgot what it was like not to be high.
