I dunno, I loved this game too much to not give this movie a chance. I like a lot of people they cast and I think this could do well. Here's hopin'.
I do wonder how badly they can fuck it up... considering the game itself (as awesome as it was), was pretty much a movie itself
A bad video game movie? Nooooooo, that never happens. I was going to ask who the two women were but, I remember what happened in the game. They better not force a cliche, "he gets the girl," into this. What is the deal with the birdman at the end? I kind of want to play both of the games now.
Hot damn this looks good. Makes me wanna play the games again too... ummm dual wielding bullet time goodness... mmm. OH and birdmen = drugs? lol
Some reminiscing: http://gamemusichall.net/music/Max_Payne_2/max_payne_2.php This song still sends chills up my spine ... (Great, now I want to play this too - need to find a "copy" )
lol I honestly can't remember if I finished the 2nd one though, should prolly give them another play through just to watch the soap operas... the flesh... of fallen.. angels...
Hmmm... I'll give it a watch when it comes out... and I think I'm reinstalling my copies tonight.... after HB2 ^_^ The fallen angels just remind me I want a sequal to constantine... one of Keanu's curiously well done roles. -KM
Looks promising. I think those birdmen are a reference to the drug used in the game, Valkyrie. The game itself has some references to norse mythology and maybe what we see in the trailer are drug inflicted visions. And Mona Sax <3 Wahlberg is not too bad as an actor, Shooter was nice for example.
