http://www.cnn.com/2008/CRIME/12/27/movie.shooting/index.html?iref=mpstoryview Ive wanted to break the jaw of talkers in theaters..I stopped going before I did. They should post signs at that theater "the last person who talked here during a movie was shot!!!"
yea..the country is in a sorry state..full of rude ill-mannered people and even ruder people who will shoot them.
i feel bad for the guy who shot the other guy, i mean he is in the movies alone on xmas only to find a entire family of jerks...
I get more annoyed by the fuckers that keep kicking your chair from behind (without realizing it)... even after you ask them to stop (due to bad habit I guess). I've been on the brink of starting a fight a few times, but knew better.
This is why I no longer go to movie theatres. (Because of the talkers not because I am tempted to shoot them). But I bet that guy never talks in a theatre again!
Me too! That asshole deserved it, people should learn to shut the fuck up when others are trying to watch a movie!
...you guys are making me sick again. So what you guys are saying, is that he deserved to be shot, because he was with his FAMILY (try keeping young kids silent), likely not knowing they were talking loudly. I know I personally talk during movies, but I do so in a hushed voice. Not only that, but he should've asked or told them to shut up first...
See, actually telling me the part of my comment you were replying helps. But still, that wasn't even major part... pulling out a gun and shooting someone because they were talking in a movie is a bit extreme.
I always sit with an empty seat in front of me, and usually do early showings, just so I don't have to deal with obnoxious people and have plenty of room to be an asshole without pissing people off. On a side note brown is right, he should have shot the whole family not just the one guy. How inconsiderate of him to not include everyone! on a side note I am sure there is more to that story that's been left out, the shooter approached the guy who was sitting in front of him and somehow the victim wound up between the shooter and his family. I am guessing it became more of a argument/fight and once the vic moved towards the shooters family the guy shot him.
