I am interested in structured PvP events in MMO's and other game genre's such as FPS' and Strategy games. I also enjoy cooperating in a group in dungeon or in PvP type environments. I am interested in WvW, after having some experience in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning and a little in Guild Wars 2. Previous Gaming Experience: I have been a gamer from a very young age, and have taken gaming both seriously and enjoyably since then. I have played many MMO's ranging from Everquest 2, WoW, Planetside 1, Warhammer Online, Star Wars ToR, Aeon, and have participated in group activities in all the MMO's I have played in. I have also played a wide range of FPS' such as the entire CoD franchise, most of the Battlefield franchise, all the Halo games, Team Fortress 2, Counter strike: Source, Borderlands, Sanctum, Nuclear Dawn, Gears of War and many more. Similar to FPS', I have also played quite a few RPG's such as Fable, Everquest 2, WoW, Final Fantasy and a few more that I can't remember of the top of my head. I play other genre's such as Strategy games like Starcraft 2, Supreme Commander, Command and Conquer. I feel I have quite a large history behind gaming, thus I have developed a great passion for it, whether a game requires me to take it seriously or promotes the player to have fun, I will behave accordingly. Why did you choose XoO: I was searching for a decent Planetside 2 Vanu outfit and came across this Outfit, and because it has a European community it greatly appealed to me. I also heard that many Planetside 1 veterans, like myself, were also in this outfit/guild so I decided to give it a go. Why do you think you'll be a good fit? I think i'll be able to fit in by following orders given to me by whoever might be leading, I also will socialize well once I settle down in this guild/outfit, that is of course if I get into it. I am a very friendly person, regardless if I know someone or not, so I feel if I am excepted I will be able to communicate well with other members regardless of age. Because gaming is such as big part of my life, I will be able to dedicate allot of my spare time to the outfit/guild as well. What will you contribute to the guild? Other than following requests or orders in the guild, I will do my best to participate in as many events as humanly possible in the guild, and will willingly dedicate some of my time to this guild. I am a relatively quite individual, however if somebody wants to talk to me or I am asked to do something I will almost certainly make the effort to reply or do something as best I can. Lastly, I do realize that I am underage and do not meet the age requirement, however, as a dedicated gamer I understand the attitudes and behaviors required in order for a community of people in gaming to work together, and as I am approaching the age of 17 I feel I have matured enough in order to follow the rules and guidelines which this guild will layout. Hi there, Malstrum. I'm afraid I have some not-so-great news: The GW2 BWE2 starts in a matter of hours and I will be closing recruitment down for its duration when it does begin. I like your application, but because you fail to meet our age requirement I would need to talk to the other GW2 officers before making a decision. Because neither my CO or XO are on at the moment, I cannot do that. If you are patient and come back after the weekend is over I will look over you application again then! Sorry.
