How will you enforce the best players remain in the main guild?:
    1. Active - This is a must. There is no point in having a guild full of fillers that only take up space. Active members are the essential key to the progression of the guild.

    2. Past experience - Being an MMORPG, B&S, like many others, still has somewhat of a learning curve. MMORPG's in general have a lot of information, items, skills, builds, theories, and much more. Having a good foundation will ensure that the player understands the mechanics well enough to succeed within the guild.

    3. Attitude - A positive, and assertive attitude is necessary within the guild. We are all here to give a helping hand, as well as contribute to the guild as a collective. This also leads to maturity - guild members must abstain from rude or toxic behavior at all costs. In doing so, it will allow the guild to develop good and healthy relationships.
What member requirements should we have for people in the main guild?:
    1. As mentioned above, a member must be active as much as possible. It is important to review member availability.

    2. A leveled character - If I recall correctly, the current requirement to join XoO is to be at least level 30 - This will ensure a general understanding of B&S.

    3. All members should be expected to contribute to the guild whenever possible. This includes Blue-Dungeon Runs, Moonwater Tears, Faction Insignias, Faction Dailies, Dailies, and more. Running through all the aforementioned not only benefits the guild as a whole, but can also provide a fun and helpful experience.
How will you bring new members in?:
Assessing a prospective member's skill, attitude, and willingness to participate in a guild is key.

For example, if I were to come across a player without a guild affiliation and I note that they ran through the dungeon with the team with little to no issues, I would refer them accordingly and vouch.

If anyone in the clan chat or anywhere is actively looking for a guild to join, I will invite them to a party to assess their skills.

And lastly, anyone who wishes to participate will receive a helping hand through the application process. This will ensure an smooth recruitment process and allow new members to adjust and know our guild mates.
How will you enhance the interview process?:
    1. Ask to elaborate on their past gaming experiences. It is always interesting to learn the diversity and experience of the community.

    2. What exactly do they like about Blade & Soul and why?

    3. Why are you applying to the guild? What do you think would make you a good fit to our roster and how will you contribute?

    4. Are there any concerns/questions about the guild itself?

I will also be developing other questions along the way depending on the player's answers. This way, I can get a better perspective on how they play.
What are your past leadership roles?:
    Game Related:
Team leader for numerous competitive Counter-Strike teams.

    Outside:
    Relay for Life Committee
    Swimming Coach
    Summer Camp Kid's Counselor
    Hosted several local gymnastics/tumbling gatherings.
What would you like to add to your application to make you more competitive?:
I have never had a recruitment position within a guild so this would be an excellent opportunity to apply guild standards, and recruit excellent players. This way, I'll be able to communicate and help with existing and new members alike. I am confident enough to be able to determine and maintain quality players.
