Current professions and their raid benefit: My professions are Skinning and Alchemy. These could benefit the raid because once i get alchemy to be maxed out i could make people flasks and such. Skinning could benefit to the raid because the stuff i skin in the raid i could either give it to people who need it to make gear or give it to the guild bank. 5. How long you've been playing WoW and what PvE progression you've accomplished: I have been playing World of Warcraft for 1 year and 2 months. My PvE progression is: Icc 10 man- 11/12, have done some hardmodes, but experienced with most hardmodes. Icc 25 man- 11/12, also i have done some hardmodes and know most hardmode fights. Toc 10/25- 5/5 6. Describe how you theorycraft your class (websites, spreadsheets, etc): I use spreadsheet for my gear to see how my dps will benifit or not benefit from the new gear i will be putting on. 7. Occupation and living arrangements that impact raiding (family, schedule, etc): Manager, currently single with no kids. I could make all your raids because i only work late on Saturday. 8. Guild History - where are you leaving and why: I am leaving Lost Souls because working late on the weekends interferes with their raid times and i don't like to let the guild down with me not being there. 9. How did you hear about us? List any friends/references within the guild: I heard about this guild from Flosser 10. List your raid consumables and your method for maximizing them: I have multiple food items, bunch of different flasks of all kind that i would be willing to give out during the raid if needed. 11. List scheduling conflicts (include times for possible weekend 10mans): I can raid weekend 10 mans after 8:30-9 server time on saturday, but sunday i am free at anytime you would need me. 12. Yes, i actually prefer constructive criticism because everyone is not the best and if i do something wrong i want to know how i can improve that. 15. Final comments you feel could help your application: I am an experienced raider for all raids in World of Warcraft. I know my class very well and i love to help others with their classes so they can progress and get better.

Your armory only shows 8/12 in ICC 25, and Rot/Fester have been killed once. Is there another toon that you have done most of your raiding on? Is there a reason why you do not have tier pieces and still haven't replaced some of the iLvL 232 items?
I ran it on my friends character one night and we went 11/12 in 25 man i know the fights very well. I have went that far on my warrior we just didnt down sindragosa or lich king. I went to the raid that night with Postal Haste. My warrior at one time i didnt play for about a month because i was leveling my death knight which is 5865 gs blood dk tank if ever needed. I am working on getting rid of the 232. I had a 245 neck, but i seen that the neck i have on would boost my dps by about 100-200 dps. My legs i will be upgrading in the next week because i got a trophy of the crusade to upgrade them.
I have a few question for you when you have time to answer. You don't seem to have a shoulder enchant? Why are you using Glyph of execution over Glyph of Heroic Strike? Do you have any tier 10 pieces? What Spreadsheet are you using? Your Shutterfly links don't seem to work, Do you have any logs of your dps elsewhere? Would you consider dropping at least one of your professions for Blacksmithing or Jewelcrafting?
