This game looks awesome, right now its been released as a 64 player game on steam with a 3km x 3km world with a few of the larger features disabled but the company is also working on a mmo version that will be i believe 32 km x 32 km world with large battles and castle seiges...
I looked at the game before on Steam and it sounded fun, but I have too many games to play so I didnt get it. Depending how the MMO version turns out I might end up playing that for a few months.
I picked it up, a bit of a learning curve and it doesn't feel really polished. Havn't played over an hour so I really can't give it any sort of fair review however.
I really want a game like this, but I'm not sure I can handle having to go through a menu every time I want to "do" something. Want to chop down a tree? Right click on it, go down the menu to forestry, go down the next menu to logging, go down the next menu to chop tree. I may have exaggerated the system a bit, but it's similar. No thanks!
Ya, I was watching this for about the last year and they said they kept running out of funding, So I am hoping now that it has sold so well on steam early release they will have the money and or a backer to help them develop the MMO to its fullest. I just think It would be alot of fun regardless and will probably be playing it. It reminds me to much of a mmo Mount and blade to not love it.
Yeah the menus to complete actions are pretty tedious, it either needs a macro system or some sort of skill hotbar shortcuts for all the actions.
Also looking forward to h1z1 but I won't pay for another early release on a game like that after I payed for Dayz and the mod is still better then the stand alone lol
